CCC&S offers multiple living options for seniors within the DFW area and Allen, TX.
I was brought onto the project as an independent contractor and tasked with restructuring the site to make it more easily accessible to users and remove issues with user flow. The complex nature of the site meant we had to figure out a way to allow people to navigate to multiple locations, as well as navigate information on the various living options within each of those locations.

Flave is an app designed to incentivize the hungry masses to forgo food delivery, at least every once in a while, and enjoy local cuisine in person. This is accomplished by allowing the user to earn “Flave Cash” through dining in at local, non-chain restaurants. This app-specific currency can then be exchanged for menu items participating restaurants choose to offer.
I worked with a student team who were tasked with increasing the app’s usability and/or adding additional value. We worked directly with one of Flave’s founders for the project and presented him with our final solutions.
SPARK for Autism
SPARK is an independently-funded autism research organization that studies genetic, behavioral, and medical information. Volunteers who have been professionally diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and their families, are asked to request “spit kits” which are then submitted to SPARK and processed. Any resulting information, including genetic diagnosis and observable genetic changes, is then shared with the volunteer along with research partners with consent of the volunteer and / or family or legal guardian.
My team and I worked with SPARK to redesign the site’s information architecture, based on informed research and testing, in order to meet the organization’s current goals and plan for future growth.
